Tai Chi 8 Posture Form or 10 Posture Form was created in Bejing, China in 1999. This form consists of 8 Postures of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan plus the Opening & Closing Postures.
The 8 Posture Form is popular for its simplicity, and it requires little space to play or practice. Each posture is played on both sides, left & right, making it a perfect beginner's Tai Chi form for balance and coordination.

Tai Chi Circle Form is an introductory Tai Chi Form that consists of two Yang Tai Chi Chuan postures, “Grasping the Bird’s Tail” and “Single Whip”. These two postures are repeated three times in each direction (circling left and circling right) to complete a full circle.
When practicing Tai Chi Chuan, our main emphasis should be on the principles. Body and Mind as One. Relax, and breathe slowly and deeply. Movements are slow, quietly, and graceful. Always maintain your connection with Heaven and Earth. Collect and store energy in your lower abdomen (Dantien).
